The EvergreenLink team is proud to expand its evergreen fund intelligence offering with the launch of a new dataset: Operating Metrics.
The new feature combines Expenses, Investment Operations, and Portfolio Turnover insights into a single interface that allows users to evaluate evergreen fund ownership costs, performance drivers, and manager behavior.
The launch builds on our existing share class analytics, which includes evergreen fund ownership, returns, NAVs, investment minimums, and fees. This data is available for more than 280 semi-liquid vehicles, including interval funds, tender offer funds, BDCs, and 3(c)(7) exempt funds.
Expense Ratios
Users can track gross and net expense rates over time, allowing cost structure and expense comparisons across evergreen funds. Underlying expense drivers include management fees, incentive fees, distribution fees, sales loads, early redemption fees, and other charges.

Investment Operation Metrics
This dataset provides insight into each evergreen fund's net investment income, value, and total operations, measured both on a per-share basis and as a percentage of NAV. Together, these metrics help professionals understand whether returns are being driven by income generation, valuation growth, or a combination of both.

Portfolio Turnover Rates
Want to understand how frequently managers recycle capital and reposition portfolios? We can help answer this exact question! Portfolio turnover rates help users see where each fund sits on the spectrum between longer-term buy-and-hold strategies and more active portfolio management.

For fund managers, this new dataset supports competitive analysis and investor positioning by enabling comparisons across peer funds.
For RIAs, family offices, banks, and other wealth allocators, it provides additional insight into fund costs, performance drivers, and manager behavior. These factors are essential when evaluating prospective investments.
"Two funds can deliver similar returns while operating very differently beneath the surface. We built this dataset to make those differences easier to identify and compare," said Martin Kamburov, an Evergreen Data Specialist at EvergreenLink.
The Operating Metrics dataset is accessible directly on the EvergreenLink platform, exportable into Excel, and available via API integration, supporting seamless integration into institutional research and portfolio workflows.
EvergreenLink Data is offered as a standalone platform that currently tracks returns, capital flows, and growth for 280+ evergreen funds, dating back to 1987, including over 57,000 investments.
