EvergreenLink, the preeminent platform for evergreen fund intelligence, has expanded its evergreen fund dataset with the addition of "Share Ownership" insight. Specifically, this new feature tracks NAV per share, shares outstanding, and total NAV data across 430 individual share classes.
As evergreen funds continue to scale across the wealth channel, understanding how the pricing and distribution of capital across share classes are changing has become increasingly important for both fund managers and their investors.
The new dataset currently spans over 220 semi-liquid vehicles, including interval funds, tender offer funds, BDCs, and 3(c)(7) exempt funds, with historical coverage running from 2001 through to the present.
It is designed to enhance professionals' ability to evaluate evergreen funds by providing a full history of share-class-level movements. Together, these datapoints provide a clearer view into how funds are structured, which investors are participating, and where capital is accumulating across different access points.

The new insight builds on EvergreenLink's existing share-class dataset, which includes configurations, fee structures, and minimum investment thresholds.
"This update enhances our platform's ability to track critical semi-liquid evergreen fund datapoints, providing a more granular view of fund structure and performance," said Kieran Kithulegoda, Head of Evergreen Data. "This type of insight, paired with ease of comparison between funds, has up until now never been available."
From the perspective of fund managers, this dataset allows for seamless competitive analysis. The ability to make easy comparisons between the changes in the share classes of their funds against those of competitors allows for streamlined peer analysis and communication to prospective investors.
For RIAs, family offices, banks, and other wealth managers, tracking the price and demand for a fund's shares can help narrow the field of prospective investment opportunities.
The Share Ownership dataset is accessible directly on the EvergreenLink platform, exportable into Excel, and available via API, supporting seamless integration into institutional research and portfolio workflows.
EvergreenLink Data is offered as a standalone platform that currently tracks returns, capital flows, and growth for around 250 evergreen funds, dating back to 1987, including over 48,706 investments.
