Dawson Portfolio Finance (Lux) RAIF

Dawson Portfolio Finance (Lux) SCSp-RAIF is a Reserved Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF) structured as the Master Fund within a master-feeder arrangement. Its feeder, Dawson Portfolio Finance (Lux) SICAV, is an open-ended Sub-Fund of Dawson (Lux) S.A. SICAV–UCI Part II and invests all or substantially all of its assets in the Master Fund. The strategy targets long-term capital appreciation and current income through private-market investments, including secondary transactions, co-investments, primary investments, GP-led transactions, spin-outs and fund recapitalizations, primarily using preferred and common equity. Dawson Partners serves as the investment manager, implementing the strategy across diversified portfolios of private-market assets.
