Monachil Credit Income Fund

Monachil Credit Income Fund is a Delaware statutory trust registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 as a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company and operates as an interval fund, with Monachil Capital Partners LP serving as investment adviser. The Fund seeks to provide current income and attractive risk-adjusted returns with relatively low correlation to public equity and fixed-income markets. Its strategy invests at least 80% of Managed Assets in credit and credit-related investments, including consumer and middle-market loans, asset-based lending and leases, infrastructure loans, corporate debt, CLOs, asset-backed securities, marketplace lending instruments, royalties and other structured credit. The Fund has a notable concentration in consumer finance-related assets, including consumer loans and securitizations backed by consumer loans, and may also invest in below-investment-grade and non-performing credit.
