Diameter Dynamic Credit Fund is a Delaware statutory trust structured as a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company and operated as an interval fund, registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940. The Fund is advised by Diameter DCF Advisor LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Diameter Capital Partners LP. Its objective is to generate current income and attractive risk-adjusted returns through a dynamically managed credit portfolio spanning performing corporate credit, structured credit, and private credit. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of total assets are invested in credit instruments, including first- and second-lien loans, high-yield and investment-grade bonds, CLO/CDO tranches, asset-backed securities, and direct lending to primarily U.S. middle-market and upper-middle-market companies.
