CVC-PE Global Private Equity Fund

CVC-PE Global Private Equity Fund, LP is a Delaware limited partnership and private fund exempt from registration under Section 3(c)(7) of the Investment Company Act of 1940, with CVC Advisors (U.S.) Inc. serving as Investment Adviser. The Fund seeks to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns and medium- to long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily across CVC-managed private equity strategies. Its strategy includes direct investments alongside CVC Private Equity Funds, secondary purchases of fund interests or underlying investments, and primary commitments to CVC Private Equity Funds. The Fund generally targets about 80% of NAV in these private equity investments and up to 20% in liquid assets, including loans, debt securities, public equities and other credit instruments. It is structured as a perpetual-life private fund with monthly fully funded subscriptions and an expected quarterly redemption program, subject to applicable limits.
