HPS Corporate Capital Solutions Fund (HCAP) is a privately placed, perpetual-life Business Development Company (BDC) structured as a Delaware statutory trust and regulated under the Investment Company Act of 1940. The Fund is externally managed by HPS Advisors, LLC and has elected to be treated as a Regulated Investment Company (RIC) for U.S. federal income tax purposes. Its investment strategy focuses primarily on newly originated, privately negotiated senior secured loans, complemented by selective investments in junior capital and other private credit opportunities targeting upper middle market and larger companies, primarily in the United States. The Fund also maintains a flexible allocation to liquid credit investments to support liquidity management and efficient capital deployment while leveraging HPS's global sourcing capabilities to pursue attractive risk-adjusted return opportunities.
