CVC-CRED European Private Credit is an open-ended compartment of CVC Private Credit Fund S.A. SICAV, a Luxembourg umbrella SICAV established under Part II of the Luxembourg Law of 17 December 2010 and qualifying, together with its compartments, as an AIF. The umbrella is registered with the Luxembourg RCS under number B282346 and is managed by CVC Europe Fund Management S.à r.l. as AIFM. The compartment’s strategy focuses on a diversified portfolio of primarily privately negotiated, senior secured loans to European companies, with an emphasis on sponsor-backed businesses, conservative capital structures, low loan-to-values and moderate leverage. Investments are made indirectly through the Master and subsidiaries and may include first-lien senior debt, unitranche facilities, second-lien debt, mezzanine and other subordinated debt, together with credit secondaries and liquidity investments. Portfolio management is delegated to CVC Credit Partners Investment Management Limited, CVC Credit Partners, LLC and CVC Secondary Partners, LLP.
