BlackRock Private Equity Fund

The fund launched on 21 October 2024 and seeks long-term capital appreciation primarily through diversified private equity investments, including direct co-investments, underlying private equity funds, and secondary investments, alongside liquid investments. It is managed by BlackRock (Luxembourg) S.A. as AIFM, with portfolio management delegated to BlackRock Capital Investment Advisors, LLC. The fund is designed for long-term investors and promotes environmental and social characteristics under Article 8 SFDR without having sustainable investment as its primary objective.
