KIF Feeder-I

KIF Feeder-I is an open-ended sub-fund of KKR Infrastructure Fund SICAV SA, a Luxembourg société d’investissement à capital variable incorporated under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and registered under Part II of the Luxembourg 2010 Law with registration number B276077. The fund is structured as a feeder vehicle that invests substantially all of its assets into KKR Infrastructure Fund (Master) FCP through the KIF Aggregator L.P., providing investors exposure to KKR’s global infrastructure platform. Its investment strategy focuses on generating attractive risk-adjusted returns through infrastructure businesses and assets, diversified across sector, geography and vintage. The fund is managed by KKR Alternative Investment Management Unlimited Company as AIFM and is designed as a perpetual infrastructure investment solution for eligible investors.
