Capital Group KKR U.S. Equity+ is a registered non-diversified, closed-end management investment company organized as an interval fund under the Investment Company Act of 1940. The fund continuously offers common shares and seeks long-term capital appreciation through a hybrid strategy combining publicly traded U.S. equities and private equity investments sourced through KKR vehicles and co-investments. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of net assets are invested in equity securities of U.S. companies, with an expected allocation of approximately 60% to public equities and 40% to private equity opportunities. Managed by Capital Research and Management Company, the fund provides limited liquidity through periodic repurchase offers consistent with its interval fund structure.
