Franklin BSP Lending Fund is a newly organized, non-diversified closed-end management investment company that operates as an interval fund. Its investment objective is to generate risk-adjusted returns with consistent current income. The Fund primarily invests in private debt opportunities in U.S. middle market companies with $25 million to $100 million in EBITDA, including directly originated senior secured, unitranche, and mezzanine loans, as well as high-yield bonds, broadly syndicated loans, CLOs, and other structured credit. Liquidity is provided through quarterly repurchase offers. The Fund is sub-advised by Benefit Street Partners L.L.C. and administered by Franklin Templeton Fund Adviser, LLC.
