QT Nexus ELTIF (NXTF) is a Luxembourg Part II UCI-AIF (ELTIF) “semi-liquid” evergreen private markets fund that aims to provide investors access to EQT’s private capital platform through a diversified portfolio invested primarily in EQT Funds (50–70%), alongside co-investments (20–40%) and a liquidity sleeve (11–20%). It is denominated in EUR, offers monthly subscriptions, and generally targets quarterly redemptions subject to limits (including gates).
