Rockefeller Municipal Opportunities Fund is a non-diversified, continuously offered closed-end management investment company that operates as an interval fund. Its investment objective is to seek current income exempt from federal income tax and to seek long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the Fund intends to invest at least 80% of its net assets in municipal securities the income from which is exempt from regular federal individual income tax. These include municipal bonds, notes, leases, and tax-exempt commercial paper issued by states, municipalities, U.S. territories, and their agencies. The Fund offers quarterly repurchase offers for 5% to 10% of its outstanding Common Shares at NAV. The Fund is managed by Rockefeller Asset Management, a division of Rockefeller & Co. LLC.
