Monroe Capital Enhanced Corporate Lending Fund (“M-LEND”) is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company that has elected to be regulated as a business development company (BDC) under the Investment Company Act of 1940. The Fund seeks to generate consistent current income and attractive risk-adjusted returns by investing primarily in directly originated senior secured loans to U.S. lower middle market companies. The portfolio is expected to include a balanced mix of traditional cash-flow loans and loans to software and technology-enabled companies with recurring revenue. The Fund is externally managed by Monroe Capital BDC Advisors, LLC and operates as a non-exchange traded, perpetual-life BDC offering limited liquidity through quarterly share repurchase offers.
