Carlyle AlpInvest Private Markets Secondaries is a Sub-Fund of Carlyle AlpInvest Private Markets SICAV – UCI Part II, structured as a Luxembourg SICAV. The Fund follows a global private equity secondaries strategy, investing primarily through LP-interest secondaries and GP-centered transactions, including both multi-asset and single-asset opportunities. Its portfolio is diversified across private equity managers, companies, vintage years, industries and geographies, with exposure concentrated primarily in the U.S. and Europe. The Fund is actively managed by Carlyle AlpInvest, with AlpInvest Partners B.V. providing investment management services and managing the global distribution of the offering.
