Alternative Strategies Income Fund (the “Fund”) is a continuously offered, non-diversified, closed-end management investment company that operates as an interval fund and offers to make quarterly repurchases of shares at net asset value. The Fund’s investment objective is to seek attractive risk-adjusted returns with low to moderate volatility and low correlation to the broader markets, through a concentrated alternative investment approach with an emphasis on income generation. Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest primarily in structured notes, particularly those linked to the performance of individual common stocks, and will construct a diversified portfolio designed to generate income through laddered short-term structured notes. The Fund is managed by SCG Asset Management, LLC.
