Prospect Enhanced Yield Fund is an externally managed, non-diversified, closed-end management investment company that has registered as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, and operates as an interval fund. The Fund is managed by Prospect Enhanced Yield Management, LLC, a registered investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, which oversees the management of its activities and is responsible for making investment decisions for its portfolio. The Fund’s investment objective is to generate current income and, as a secondary objective, long-term capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes, in non-mortgage related structured credit instruments, including asset-backed securities (ABS), collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and other securitized investments representing interests in cashflows from various assets, such as loans, leases, and warehouse facilities.
