Callodine Specialty Income Fund (the “Fund”) is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company structured as an “interval fund” and organized as a Delaware statutory trust on July 12, 2024. The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek high current income, with a secondary objective of capital preservation. Under normal market conditions, the Fund seeks to achieve its objectives by investing in a diverse mix of income-producing asset classes including asset-based lending, real estate lending, life sciences finance, direct lending, high yield debt, and yielding equity securities. The Fund employs a multi-strategy approach, allocating assets among Callodine Capital Management, LP (the Investment Adviser) and affiliated Sub-Advisers, each with expertise in specific credit strategies. Liquidity is provided through quarterly repurchase offers of at least 5% of outstanding shares at net asset value. Shares are suitable only for long-term investors able to tolerate limited liquidity.
