TPG Private Markets Fund

TPG Private Markets Fund (the “Fund”) is a newly formed Delaware statutory trust and is registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, as a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is to seek long-term capital appreciation by allocating at least 80% of its net assets to private equity investment interests sponsored or managed by TPG, with a focus on buyout and growth equity investments made through direct access investments on a deal-by-deal basis. The Fund offers multiple share classes and is designed to provide investors with exposure to private equity investments across multiple geographic regions, while mitigating traditional private equity investment burdens such as capital calls and high minimums. The Fund’s investment adviser is iCapital Fund Advisors LLC.
