Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust, Inc. is a publicly registered, non-traded, monthly-valued perpetual REIT that is externally managed by Cantor Fitzgerald Income Advisors, LLC. The fund seeks to invest in a diversified portfolio of income-producing commercial and multifamily properties and other real estate-related assets, with a portfolio principally comprised of properties located in the United States. Its principal investment strategy is to acquire stabilized, income-producing real estate and related debt and real estate-related securities, with targeted allocations of at least 80% to properties and real estate-related debt and up to 20% to real estate-related securities. The fund offers shares on a continuous basis and provides limited liquidity through a share repurchase program whereby stockholders may request repurchases on a monthly basis subject to limitations and conditions. The adviser is Cantor Fitzgerald Income Advisors, LLC and the sponsor is Cantor Fitzgerald Investors, LLC.
