ABS Long/Short Strategies Fund (the “Fund”) is a Delaware statutory trust registered as a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940. This Prospectus offers Shares of the Fund’s Founders’ Shares. The Fund operates as a “fund of hedge funds” providing access to private investment funds that primarily employ equity long/short strategies. These Portfolio Funds may be organized within or outside the U.S. and are not expected to be registered under the 1940 Act. The Fund’s investment objective is to seek capital appreciation over a full market cycle while maintaining a lower level of volatility compared to the global equity markets. Founders’ Shares are offered at NAV as of the first Business Day of each month and are only available to Eligible Investors meeting the definition of “accredited investor” under Regulation D. Liquidity for investments may be provided only through periodic repurchase offers by the Fund. ABS Investment Management LLC serves as the Adviser to the Fund.
