Moody National REIT II, Inc. is a Maryland corporation formed on July 25, 2014, to invest in a portfolio of select-service hospitality properties with premier brands including, but not limited to, Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt; the Company has elected to be taxed as a real estate investment trust under the Internal Revenue Code beginning with its taxable year ended December 31, 2016, and owns substantially all of its assets and conducts its operations through Moody National Operating Partnership II, LP, of which it is the sole general partner; the Company is externally managed by Moody National Advisor II, LLC pursuant to an advisory agreement.
