John Hancock GA Senior Loan Trust is a Delaware statutory trust structured as a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund seeks to generate current income by investing at least 80% of net assets, plus investment borrowings, in senior loans, including first- and second-lien term loans, delayed-draw term loans and revolving credit facilities. Its strategy focuses exclusively on below-investment-grade loans and may include related securities and equity co-investments, with the Adviser generally employing a buy-and-hold approach. The Fund provides limited liquidity through periodic share repurchases at net asset value. Manulife Investment Management Private Markets (US) LLC serves as the Fund’s investment adviser and administrator.
