Ecofin Tax-Exempt Private Credit Fund, Inc. is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company that operates as an “interval fund.” The Fund’s investment objective is to seek to generate attractive total return with an emphasis on tax-exempt income. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in private credit investments, including loans, bonds, and other credit instruments issued in private offerings or by non-publicly listed entities. These investments support essential services related to education, healthcare, housing, and waste transition. To provide liquidity, the Fund conducts quarterly repurchase offers for a portion of its outstanding Common Shares. TCA Advisors serves as the Fund’s investment adviser, and Ecofin Advisors, LLC serves as the sub-adviser.
