EQT Exeter Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. is a Maryland corporation formed to invest primarily in stabilized, income-oriented commercial real estate in the United States. We are externally managed by our adviser, Exeter Property Group, LLC (“EQT Exeter”), an affiliate of EQT AB. Our objective is to bring EQT Exeter’s real estate investment platform, vertically integrated operator-driven approach, sector specific and “hyper local” expertise and scale to the non-listed real estate investment trust (“REIT”) industry. We intend to elect to be taxed and to operate in a manner that will allow us to qualify as a REIT for U.S. federal income tax purposes.
