Fundrise Real Estate Interval Fund, LLC is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company operated as an interval fund and organized as a Delaware limited liability company. It has elected and qualified to be taxed as a REIT since 2021. The Fund seeks current income and long-term capital appreciation with low to moderate volatility. It invests at least 80% of net assets in private and publicly traded real estate-related investments, including commercial real estate equity and debt, mortgage-backed securities, and securities issued by REITs and real estate companies. Private CRE exposure is primarily gained through co-investments, joint ventures, and wholly owned subsidiaries. The Fund makes quarterly repurchase offers of at least 5% of outstanding shares and is advised by Fundrise Advisors, LLC, a subsidiary of Rise Companies Corp.
