BlackRock Private Credit Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company that has elected to be regulated as a business development company (BDC). The Fund’s investment objective is to target high risk-adjusted returns produced primarily from current income by investing primarily in directly originated, senior secured corporate debt instruments, including originated loans and broadly syndicated loans of private middle market U.S. companies. The Fund offers shares on a continuous basis, issues shares monthly at NAV after the initial closing, and intends to operate a limited share repurchase program consisting of quarterly tender offers (up to 5% of shares outstanding) subject to liquidity and Board discretion. The Fund is externally managed by BlackRock Capital Investment Advisors, LLC, with BlackRock Advisors, LLC serving as sub-adviser.
