Denali Structured Return Strategy Fund is a continuously offered, non-diversified, closed-end management investment company that operates as an interval fund and offers to make quarterly repurchases of its shares at NAV. Its investment objective is primarily income and secondarily capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve this through direct and indirect investments in income-generating securities of domestic issuers, including public and private debt instruments, preferred and common shares, REITs, MLPs, and funds investing in such assets. It also invests modestly in S&P 500® Index call option spreads to capture limited equity upside without significant downside risk. The Fund is managed by the Adviser, located in Atlanta, Georgia, which is registered with the SEC and also advises ETFs. The Adviser constructs the Fund’s portfolio using a structured return strategy that emphasizes diversification across asset classes, capital structures, industries, and issuers.
