PGIM Credit Income Fund is a diversified, closed-end management investment company registered under the 1940 Act and operated as an interval fund. Organized as a Delaware statutory trust, the Fund seeks total return through a combination of current income and capital appreciation. It invests across global credit markets using a flexible asset allocation strategy that includes corporate, mortgage, consumer, and municipal debt; collateralized debt obligations; and other income-producing securities across public and private credit sectors. The Fund may invest without limit in investment grade and below investment grade debt, including securities of stressed and distressed issuers. PGIM Investments LLC serves as investment manager, with sub advisory services provided by PGIM, Inc. and PGIM Limited. The Fund offers Class Z, Class A, and Class C Shares on a continuous basis and provides limited liquidity through quarterly repurchase offers.
