Jackson Credit Opportunities Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company registered under the 1940 Act and operated as an interval fund. Organized as a Massachusetts business trust, the Fund commenced operations with the objective of seeking total return, with an emphasis on current income. The Fund employs a relative value approach to allocate assets across a broad range of credit strategies and instruments, including corporate and sovereign debt, high-yield bonds, structured credit, asset-based loans, and emerging market debt. It may invest in both public and private debt, including derivatives, distressed debt, insurance-linked securities such as CAT Bonds, and loans across the liquidity spectrum. Neuberger Berman Investment Advisers LLC serves as sub-adviser. The Fund currently offers Class I Shares and may offer additional classes if exemptive relief is granted. Investments may be made directly or through wholly owned subsidiaries.
