Franklin BSP Private Credit Fund is a Delaware statutory trust registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 as a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company and operated as an interval fund. The Fund seeks attractive risk-adjusted returns with consistent current income by investing primarily in private credit opportunities involving U.S. middle-market companies. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of Managed Assets are invested in private credit, including senior secured, unitranche, second-lien, senior unsecured and subordinated debt, as well as directly originated loans, broadly syndicated loans and high-yield corporate bonds. Benefit Street Partners L.L.C. (BSP) serves as the Fund’s investment adviser.
