PGIM Private Credit Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company that elected to be regulated as a BDC under the 1940 Act effective May 5, 2023. Its investment objective is to generate current income and, to a lesser extent, long-term capital appreciation. The Fund primarily invests in privately originated and negotiated direct lending investments to U.S. middle market companies, including first lien senior secured loans, with up to 20% in second and third lien or unsecured loans, and may invest up to 30% of assets outside the U.S. PGIM Investments, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Prudential Financial, Inc., serves as Manager, and PGIM, Inc. (through PGIM Private Capital and PGIM Fixed Income) serves as Subadviser. The Fund offers continuous subscriptions and conducts periodic repurchase offers to provide limited liquidity.
