Cohen & Steers Tax-Advantaged Preferred Securities and Income Fund is a Maryland statutory trust registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 as a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company and is Exchange-Traded. The Fund’s primary objective is high current income, with capital appreciation as a secondary objective, while seeking favorable after-tax returns for shareholders. Its strategy invests at least 80% of managed assets in preferred and other income securities of U.S. and non-U.S. issuers, including traditional and hybrid preferreds, corporate debt, convertible securities and contingent capital securities, with a significant focus on the financials sector. The Fund may also invest in below-investment-grade securities, foreign and emerging-market issuers, and use derivatives and leverage for hedging and return enhancement. Cohen & Steers Capital Management, Inc. serves as the Fund’s investment manager.
