Western Asset Diversified Income Fund is a diversified, closed-end management investment company registered under the 1940 Act and organized in Maryland on July 27, 2020. The Fund’s primary objective is to seek high current income, with capital appreciation as a secondary goal. It pursues these objectives by investing across a broad range of fixed-income sectors to build a well-diversified portfolio. The Fund has a limited term structure and expects to dissolve on or about June 24, 2033, unless extended by the Board. Prior to dissolution, the Board may conduct an eligible tender offer to repurchase all outstanding shares at net asset value, subject to maintaining at least $200 million in net assets to ensure continued viability. If this threshold is not met, the Fund will dissolve as scheduled.
