Neuberger Berman Next Generation Connectivity Fund Inc. is a newly organized, non-diversified, limited term closed-end management investment company. The Fund seeks capital appreciation and income by investing at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities of U.S. and non-U.S. companies across all market capitalizations that are positioned to benefit from advancements in fifth-generation (5G) and future mobile network connectivity technologies. To enhance income and risk-adjusted returns, the Fund employs an options writing strategy, including covered calls on portfolio holdings and, to a lesser extent, options on indices and sectors. Shares of the Fund have no prior trading history and, like other closed-end funds, may trade at a discount to net asset value.
