ISQ Open Infrastructure Co (the “Company”) is an investment vehicle managed by I Squared that seeks to invest in infrastructure assets and related opportunities. The Company focuses on acquiring Infrastructure Assets directly and may also participate in co-investments alongside other I Squared–managed vehicles or invest alongside affiliated entities. Investment opportunities are sourced and allocated by I Squared, which has sole discretion over how opportunities are distributed among the Company and other I Squared vehicles, subject to existing arrangements. The Company’s portfolio is expected to consist of infrastructure investments, with potential overlap in investment mandates with other I Squared vehicles, and allocations may be shared or limited based on competing demand and priority rights.
