SEG Partners Long/Short Equity Fund is a Delaware statutory trust registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 as a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund seeks to achieve maximum total return by investing primarily in equity securities, with at least 80% of net assets normally invested in common and preferred stocks, convertible securities, warrants and rights. Its strategy employs both long and short equity positions, allowing the Adviser to pursue opportunities across its equity portfolio. The Fund is continuously offered and provides limited liquidity through a quarterly repurchase program, with anticipated offers generally not exceeding 25% of net assets. Select Equity Group, L.P. serves as the Fund’s investment adviser.
