The Redwood Private Real Estate Debt Fund (formerly known as the Redwood Real Estate Income Fund) is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940. The Fund operates as an interval fund and has adopted a fundamental policy to conduct quarterly repurchase offers at net asset value. Managed by Redwood Investment Management, LLC, the Fund seeks to provide current income and preserve capital by investing at least 80% of its net assets in private U.S. commercial real estate-related debt investments, including mortgages, mezzanine debt, and lines of credit.
