KKR Asset-Based Finance Fund (formerly, KKR Credit Opportunities Portfolio) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company operated as an interval fund, offering multiple share classes continuously. Managed by KKR Credit Advisors (US) LLC, the Fund seeks to generate current income and, to a lesser extent, long-term capital appreciation by investing at least 80% of its net assets in a multi-sector portfolio of Asset-Based Finance (“ABF”) investments. These include privately structured opportunities across four core sectors: consumer/mortgage finance, commercial finance, hard assets, and contractual cash flows. The Fund may invest through various structures such as joint ventures, private vehicles, and securitizations, with exposure to a range of debt and equity instruments. The Fund may employ leverage and use derivatives for hedging purposes, and targets high current income and strong risk-adjusted returns across market cycles.
