Corient Registered Alternatives Fund is a closed-end, non-diversified management investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Managed by Segall Bryant & Hamill, LLC, with Churchill Asset Management LLC as subadviser, the Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation and, to a lesser extent, income. Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of its net assets in alternative investments and related exposures, including direct and secondary private equity investments, co-investments, unlisted BDCs and REITs, and private funds such as hedge, private equity, and credit/debt funds. The Fund may also allocate up to 20% to public equities with private market links, debt instruments, and cash equivalents. It may invest through wholly-owned subsidiaries and rely on exemptive orders to co-invest alongside affiliated entities. Shares are offered continuously and accepted monthly, with a $50,000 minimum initial investment.
