Goldman Sachs Private Credit Corp. is a closed‑end investment company organized to provide investors access to privately originated credit investments with a focus on directly originated loans and private credit strategies. The Fund seeks to generate current income and capital appreciation principally through private credit and direct lending investments, and is externally managed by Goldman Sachs affiliates which source, underwrite and monitor investments. The Fund offers subscriptions on an ongoing basis and provides repurchase or liquidity provisions in its offering documents subject to limitations and board approval.
