John Hancock Comvest Private Income Fund is a Delaware statutory trust and diversified, closed-end management investment company that has elected to be regulated as a business development company (BDC) under the Investment Company Act of 1940, with a continuous public offering of multiple share classes. The Fund seeks to generate current income and capital appreciation by investing primarily in middle-market companies, generally with EBITDA between $10 million and $100 million. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of total assets are invested in senior private credit, including first-lien senior and unitranche loans, notes, bonds, bridge loans and other corporate debt, with smaller allocations to second-lien, subordinated and opportunistic credit. Comvest Credit Managers, LLC serves as the Fund’s investment adviser.
