Alternative Credit Income Fund is a diversified, closed-end management investment company structured as an interval fund. The Fund seeks to produce current income and achieve capital preservation with moderate volatility and low to moderate correlation to equity markets. It invests at least 80% of its assets in fixed-income and fixed-income related securities, including investments through public and private investment funds managed by unaffiliated institutional managers. The Fund may use leverage up to 33% of its assets and may gain indirect exposure to highly leveraged strategies through its underlying fund investments. Shares are offered continuously, with sales made at net asset value plus any applicable sales load.
