Thirdline Real Estate Income Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company structured as an interval fund. The Fund seeks to generate current income with low volatility and low correlation to traditional equity and bond markets, with a secondary objective of moderate long-term capital appreciation. It invests at least 80% of its assets in a wide range of real estate investments, including private real estate funds, private and public REITs, real estate-related mutual funds and ETFs, as well as direct commercial real estate holdings. These may include equity interests in real properties, mortgage and mezzanine loans, and various real estate-backed debt instruments. The Fund may also utilize derivatives and short selling for hedging and tactical purposes and may employ both property-level and entity-level leverage to support its investment activities. Shares are illiquid and repurchased quarterly at NAV through the Fund's interval fund structure.
