FS Credit Income Fund is a diversified, closed-end management investment company that operates as an interval fund. Its investment objective is to provide attractive total returns, including current income and capital appreciation. Under normal conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its assets in a wide range of debt obligations, including public and private below-investment grade debt, CLO tranches, structured credit, mortgage- and asset-backed securities, distressed debt, and other fixed-income instruments, with no geographic or currency limitations. The Fund also may invest in equity securities and pooled investment vehicles such as ETFs and REITs. The Fund conducts quarterly repurchase offers for at least 5% of its outstanding shares and is managed by FS Credit Income Advisor, LLC.
