Palmer Square Opportunistic Income Fund is a diversified, closed-end investment company that operates as an interval fund. Its primary investment objective is to provide a high level of current income, with long-term capital appreciation as a secondary objective. The Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in debt and income-producing securities, including high yield bonds, corporate loans, collateralized debt obligations, U.S. government securities, and subordinated debt.
