First Eagle Credit Opportunities Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company organized as a Delaware statutory trust and operated as an interval fund. The Fund continuously offers Class A, Class A-2, and Class I shares and is permitted by SEC exemptive relief to issue multiple classes with asset-based distribution and early-withdrawal fees. Its primary investment objective is to provide current income, with a secondary objective of delivering long-term risk-adjusted returns. The Fund invests at least 80% of its Managed Assets in below investment grade credit instruments such as syndicated bank loans, middle market club loans, direct lending (including unitranche loans), asset-based loans, and high-yield bonds. It employs a flexible investment strategy targeting income and relative value opportunities in credit markets. To provide liquidity, the Fund conducts quarterly repurchase offers for a minimum of 5% of outstanding shares at NAV. The Fund is advised by First Eagle Investment Management, LLC, with First Eagle Alternative Credit, LLC serving as subadvisor.
