Polen Credit Opportunities Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and operated as an interval fund. The Fund seeks overall total return through a high level of current income and long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in high-yield credit instruments, especially those issued by U.S. middle-market companies, with additional exposure to Canada and Latin America. Its strategy includes high-yield bonds, first- and second-lien bank loans, privately negotiated debt, stressed and distressed debt, CLOs/CDOs, direct lending and other alternative credit investments, with at least 80% of Managed Assets normally invested in credit instruments or similar exposures. Polen Capital Credit, LLC serves as the Fund’s investment adviser.
