Calamos Aksia Alternative Credit and Income Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company organized as a Delaware statutory trust and registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Structured as an interval fund, it conducts quarterly repurchase offers of between 5% and 25% of its outstanding shares at net asset value, typically offering to repurchase 5% quarterly. The Fund seeks attractive risk-adjusted returns and high current income through primary investments in the private credit asset class, supplemented by allocations to liquid alternative strategies. Its portfolio may include senior secured loans, mezzanine and subordinated debt, preferred equity, CLOs, private funds, and other credit-related instruments. Calamos Advisors LLC serves as the investment advisor and Aksia LLC acts as sub-advisor.
